Note that all Picturam art, prints and products are painted and printed on demand, which means they're FINAL SALE, NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
SHIPPING
All artworks are painted on demand and will ship approximately 3-5 weeks from purchase date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipments within the EU and the UK will not be subject to import duties or import taxes. Local/state tax may apply, and will be collected at checkout.
INCORRECT/ UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS
If your order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees and/or international taxes will apply.
When placing your order, please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct. We cannot assume responsibility for shipping charges, additional shipping charges or replacing items that are misdelivered because of an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time the order was placed.
DAMAGES/INCORRECT ORDER DETAILS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any damaged paintings and prints purchased through Picturam (www.jpicturam.ch) are eligible for replacement. We require all damaged and incorrect paintings and prints to be returned for replacement. We must receive written notification as well as photo documentation of damages within 30 days of receiving item. After 30 days, we will no longer replace an item.
To start a return due to a damaged product, you can contact us at contact@picturam.ch. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
